Overview of Tizen

Tizen is a user-interactive and service-oriented smartphone platform that allows you to create feature-rich applications for multiple Tizen device categories, such as smartphones and tablets, using Web programming. The Tizen platform allows you to create a wide range of applications for Tizen devices using the Tizen architecture.

Tizen also provides Web sites with tools for creating, distributing, and operating mobile services and applications efficiently.

Tizen platform provides the Web framework which can be used to develop Web applications.
