1. Download laze soft recover tool from here
2. Install the software in windows 7 PC ( =other PC)
3. After Installing the window will come click next then select Windows PE click Next tab now its search your OS select your media (eg: USB or CD or DVD)
5. Restart your PC
6. click DEL or any other boot menu option
7. Select your Bootable option (eg: Usb or Dvd)
